  1. Grace and Family;
    I am very saddened to hear of Melbern’s passing. I have many great memories of my visits with him. He was a wonderful man! You did a wonderful job caring for him when he became ill allowing him to stay at home on the farm. He is at peace now and can get around and work on the farm like he did in the good ol’ days. There is no sickness or debilitation where he is for sure. Thinking of you all during this difficult time. May you rest in peace Melbern!

  2. Grace & Family: We just wanted to let you know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Melbern is always going to be known to our family as “Baldie”! He was such a good friend to dad and we know they are catching up now that they are together in heaven. I have many fond memories of when I was younger and dad would go see him and I got to tag along or when he would stop in to shoot the breeze with dad. He always had a smile. After dad passed away, we could always count on Melbern for good advise when we needed it and share a special memory of dad. He was such a wonderful man and will be truly missed.

  3. Grace and Family: There are not enough words to express the sadness we have over the loss of Melbern. He was such a good friend to dad. I have so many fond memories of the two of them. As kids, it was always a big deal to be the one to get to tag along with dad when he went over to shoot the breeze with him. After dad passed away, Melburn was always there if we ever needed any good advise or to share a special memory of dad with us. He always had a smile. He will always be known to our family as “Baldie”! He was truly a wonderful, kind man. May your memories comfort you at this time.
