My wife and I decided to stop the procrastination of doing our preneeds, before we knew my wife had terminal cancer. We went to meet with Char Allen, to go through the process. We really were apprehensive, as we all are, about such a final process. I must say that Char went over every step of the procedure, including the obituary for both of us. Char sure made a most difficult procedure into a relaxed and informative procedure. Char was so very empathetic, helpful and understanding, we left with a true sense of relief. We felt a “Bond” of love and friendship for Char.

Having no family in the area, Charlene laid out my options and helped me navigate the paper maze. She was efficient and professional and when there was a glitch with the paperwork at the hospital, it was handled quickly by her. My husband passed away 13 weeks ago. It was a HUGE funeral, she managed the crowd with a graceful kindness, not seen in many funeral homes. She had everything under control, flowers, the picture collage, the CD she made with pictures of my husband was a wonderful touch. Char Allen handled everything for me, death certificates, cremation, flowers and some very sound advice.
