Nancy B. DiGiulio, 83, of Syracuse, died on October 1, 2019, at St. Camillus Health and Rehabilitation Center.  There will be a graveside service on October 19, 2019, 11 am, at the White Chapel Memory Garden (Sermon section), Reverend Candace Lawrence officiating. Nancy is survived by her husband, Michael P., sons, Timothy and his wife, Margaret DiGiulio of Syracuse, David DiGiulio of Castleton, Steven and his wife Christine DiGiulio of Troy, 9 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her brothers, Robert Doolittle, Frederick, Kenneth, Arthur, Howard Hicks, sisters, Margaret Watkins, Beverly and Betty Traverse. Nancy was born on March 23, 1936, in Fayetteville, NY, the daughter of the late Frederick and Wava Chapman Hicks.  She graduated from Fayetteville Manlius High School in 1954 and then attended CCBI.  She married Michael DiGiulio on January 21, 1961 at her parent’s home.  She was a secretary at Upstate Medical Center.  Nancy loved spending time with her grandchildren, watching television, doing aerobics, swimming, going to the casino and out to dinner. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
