Norma J. Lottie 70, of DeKalb Junction, died on December 15, 2015 at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center. Calling hours will be Friday, December 18th, 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 PM. The funeral service will be Saturday, December 19, 1:00 PM at the funeral home, Pastor William Scott officiating. Burial will be in East DeKalb Cemetery, DeKalb, New York.  She is survived by her husband, Robert E., sons Robert E. Lottie Jr. and his companion Diane Monroe of Massena, Russell and Dorcas “Sam” Lottie of DeKalb Junction, brothers, Frank Lucas of DeKalb, Francis Lucas of Syracuse, Gerald and his wife Priscilla Lucas of Canton, James Lucas of Morristown, Robert Lucas of South Carolina, Marvin and his wife Penny Lucas of DeKalb, sisters, Susan and her husband Gene “ Knook” Flannigan of Pierrepont, Lucy Harris of DeKalb Junction, Tina and Francis Hewlett of Canton, 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Lawrence Lucas, Randy Lucas and a sister, Geraldine Gilson.  Norma was born on October 8, 1945, in Ogdensburg, New York, the daughter of Robert and Mary Bancor Lucas. She married Robert E. Lottie in April 1962 at the DeKalb Junction United Methodist Church. She was a self-employed house cleaner and a past member of the Christ Church of Love. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
