Claude M. Livingston, 73, of DeKalb Junction died on December 23, 2014, at Canton Potsdam Hospital. There will be no services. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte R., daughters, Lori and her husband Dan Gilbert of Edwardsville, Lisa and her husband Lyle Bishop of Fowler, a brother Gary and his wife Betty Livingston, DeKalb Junction, sisters, Judith and her husband Edward Dubrule of Richville, Betty Jones of St. Augustine, Florida, grandchildren, Eugene Bishop and Connor Bishop, several nieces and nephews. Claude was born on October 19, 1941 in Ogdensburg, New York, the son of Earl and Norma Jean Simms Livingston. He married Charlotte Fuller on October 26, 1962 at the Gouverneur Methodist Church, Reverend Stanley Brown officiating. He was a farmer on the family farm from 1957 – 1992. He enjoyed draft horses, tractor pulling, hunting and fishing. Contributions can be made to the American Heart Association or the Diabetes Foundation.

  2. Charlotte, very sorry to hear about Claude’s passsing. Claude was always very kind and patient with me as I was getting back into the handling of draft horses. Claude was a real North Country gentleman.
